Our traditional restaurant is set in the centre of the Hostel complex and offers a welcoming place for guests to relax and indulge in our home cooked, organic food and drink.

Our restaurant has received awards for our fresh, simple, organic and sumptuous menu. Where possible all ingredients are home grown and prepared.

We also make our own jams, juices, cheeses, cakes, biscuits and more.

Our restaurant has a large bar which is always stocked with the full range of alcohol, beverages, coffee, tea and confectionaries and snacks.

You may also enjoy our selection of the best Bulgarian wines, and there is always someone on hand to offer advice on which glass or bottle to choose.

We can also arrange parties for groups of up to 57 people. You will able to select your menu and music, making your celebrations as personal and enjoyable as possible.
